Because the journal makes no charges, no waiver policy is needed: every author publishes free of charge, whatever their country or institution.

How the journal is funded
The costs of running the journal and publishing its articles are met by the publisher, Sahara Digital Publications. See Ownership and Management.
Changes to this policy
If the journal were ever to introduce a charge, the amount and the date from which it applies would be announced on this page in advance. A charge would apply only to manuscripts submitted after that date.
A warning to authors
Nobody is authorised to ask you for payment in order to submit, review, accept or publish a manuscript in PIQM. If you receive such a request, please do not pay, and report it to editor.piqm@gmail.com.
